• Time commitment for delivery will be tried best to be kept on schedule as based on occasion but can’t be guaranteed but will be delivered during the day. In case a guaranteed time component is required for a very special event (based on time constraints) then premium team & service will be provided.

• Standard Deliveries will be made between 9 am to 8 pm on the given date. Visits required other than standard times will be charged with 100% premium.

• The registration has to be done advanced either as cheque, cash or through online transfer in favor of

• The time and registrations will be confirmed and a corresponding Bill will be raised to the client for confirmation of visit. The name of the visiting persons will be confirmed for security reasons in advance via Email, SMS or both.

• The photo shoot can be taken for memory and future references and promotions and copy of the photo either as CD or online will be given to sender.

• The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.

• We will attempt delivery/visits of the artists ONCE only. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the service and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the service executed in the below cases:

o Delivery not done due to wrong address.

o Recipient not available.

o Premises locked.

o Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.

o Recipient refused the products.

o Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.

• Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products or gifts asked to deliver are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.

• We reserve the right to substitute the flowers/gifts (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.

• In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh or any unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

• No change in instructions can be entertained before 2-4 working hours of the date of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team.

• In case of non-delivery the liability will be limited to the total refund of registration amount.

• We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc.

• Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

• For non-perishable commodities, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.

• Order once confirmed will not be cancelled and is non-refundable.

• The complete information includes Full Address, Telephone; concerned person name will be required.

Besides an information from the sender side that ‘Some Guest will Visit’.

• If the recipient has not checked or left, the order will be left at the relative reception, neighborhood & the order will be assumed as executed and no refund will be made in such cases.

• Feedback and reviews will be taken later from the guests (sender and recipients).
